Account & access

How do I create a workspace?

Sign up with your work email, verify your address, then create a workspace from the dashboard. You can invite teammates by email and assign roles (owner, admin, member) where your plan supports it.

I forgot my password / can’t sign in with SSO

Use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in page. If your organization uses SSO (SAML / OIDC), contact your IT admin to confirm Jonarix is provisioned for your domain. Still stuck? Email info@jonarix.com from your registered address.

How do I delete my account or workspace?

Workspace owners can request deletion from workspace settings or via support; we confirm to prevent accidental data loss. Personal accounts can request deletion under Privacy policy rights. Some retention applies for billing and legal records.

Minimum age to use Jonarix

You must meet the age of digital consent in your region (we require 16+ at signup where we collect a self-certification). Organizations are responsible for policies for their minor users.

Plans & billing

What payment methods do you accept?

Major cards and, for eligible customers, invoicing with wire/ACH on annual enterprise contracts. Exact methods are shown at checkout.

Can I change plans mid-cycle?

Upgrades typically take effect immediately with a prorated charge where applicable. Downgrades may apply at the next renewal depending on your plan terms. See Pricing or your order form.

Do you offer refunds?

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or explicitly stated in an enterprise agreement. Contact support for billing disputes—we review good-faith cases.

Taxes and VAT

Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT, or GST, it will be added at checkout or on your invoice. Provide a valid tax ID if your jurisdiction allows reverse charge.

Registry & prompts

What is semver for prompts?

Semantic versioning lets you publish immutable prompt versions (for example 1.4.2), track breaking vs non-breaking changes, and pin production to a known good release—similar to package managers.

Does Jonarix host my model weights?

No. Jonarix focuses on prompt packs, configuration, and governance. With BYOK you connect providers you already use; we do not need to store your API keys beyond what you authorize for execution helpers.

Can I use Jonarix in CI/CD?

Yes—install or pull specific prompt versions in pipelines so tests and deploys reference the same artifacts as production. See documentation (coming soon) for CLI and token scopes.

Who can see prompts in a private registry?

Only users and service accounts you grant access to, plus a limited set of Jonarix personnel for support when you open a ticket (under strict controls). Public prompts follow the visibility you set.

Security & privacy

Where is data stored?

We use reputable cloud regions (primarily US and EU options for enterprise). See Privacy policy and DPA overview for transfers and subprocessors.

How do I report a security vulnerability?

Follow Security disclosures and email support@jonarix.com. Do not post exploit details publicly before we have had time to patch.

GDPR / data export

You may request export or deletion of personal data as described in the Privacy policy. Workspace admins may export workspace artifacts depending on plan features.

Is Jonarix SOC 2 certified?

SOC 2 Type II is on our roadmap. Ask your account manager for the latest security pack and penetration test summaries under NDA.

API & integrations

Rate limits

API rate limits depend on your plan and help keep the platform fair. Limits and backoff guidance are returned in response headers; contact us if you need higher throughput for production.

Webhooks and events

We support (or will support) webhooks for registry events such as new versions and failed policy checks. Verify endpoints with signing secrets we provide—documented in the developer portal when available.

Status page & incidents

Subscribe to the status page (linked from the footer when live) for incident updates. For urgent production issues, email support with “URGENT” and your workspace ID.

Disclaimer: Product features described here roll out over time; the in-app UI and signed contract prevail if anything differs.
