Terms of Use

Last updated 6 September 2026. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern Jonarix at jonarix.com and related apps (the “Services”). Jonarix is a pay-per-run AI studio: you deposit funds, see listed model prices, and spend credits on generations. By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and License.

If you use Jonarix for a company, you confirm you can bind that organization, and “you” means that organization.

Jonarix lets you generate and edit images, video, music, and voice; run film and coding workflows; and manage a library of your outputs. We route runs to third-party model providers (for example Fal, Replicate, Google, OpenAI, and others we list in the studio).

Model availability, listed run prices, and limits can change when providers change their catalogs or rates. The price shown in the studio before you run is the amount we deduct from your credits for that run, unless we clearly disclose otherwise at checkout or on the run.

You must provide accurate account details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including runs started by anyone you invite.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Jonarix may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that break these Terms, applicable law, or our acceptable-use rules, including stolen-payment and automated-farm abuse.

Jonarix is not a monthly seat subscription. You buy deposits in USD (amounts shown on the deposit page). Deposited funds become spendable credits. When we offer a deposit bonus, you receive extra credits as shown at checkout — currently 10% free credits on eligible deposits.

Each generation spends credits equal to the listed provider run price shown before you confirm (plus any add-ons you select, such as longer duration or upscales). Platform fees or taxes, if any, are disclosed at deposit checkout.

Credits are account balance, not cash for withdrawal. Unused credits generally remain on the account while it stays open, subject to these Terms, fraud review, and any expiry we disclose when you buy. We do not guarantee that every historical price remains available forever.

Checkout runs through verified processors such as PayPal and M-Pesa. Jonarix does not store your full card number on our servers. Credits appear after payment confirms, and charges stay in your account history.

Billing, deposit, credit, and refund questions go to support@jonarix.com. Include the email on the account. Refunds, when granted, follow the payment method and our review of unused balance, chargebacks, and abuse.

Original generations you create by spending deposited credits include commercial use rights as set out in the Jonarix License, unless a specific model’s provider terms shown before you run say otherwise.

Promotional, complimentary, or unpaid trial credits — if offered — may be limited to personal, non-commercial use and may carry watermarks or other markings. You remain responsible for likeness, trademarks, copyrighted characters, and any third-party rights in prompts or assets you supply.

Do not use Jonarix to create or spread unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; impersonate real people without rights; copy protected brands or characters without rights; bypass security or rate limits; reverse-engineer the Services beyond what law allows; or resell access without our written permission.

We may remove content, freeze credits, or restrict features to protect users, partners, and the platform.

Generations may run through model-level safety checks. Disallowed requests can be blocked at the source when the model supports it. If something harmful or infringing still appears, email support with the asset URL so we can review and take it down.

Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy explain how we collect and process personal data and how you can accept or limit cookies. Your private prompts and generations are not used to train foundation models. Your work stays yours.

Services are provided “as is.” AI outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected. Third-party providers may fail, throttle, or change models. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before commercial or public use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jonarix’s liability is limited to the amounts you paid for deposits in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
