Terms of Use

Last updated 29 August 2026. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to Jonarix websites, apps, APIs, MCP, and related services (the “Services”). By creating an account or using Jonarix, you agree to these Terms.

If you use Jonarix for a company, you confirm you can bind that organization, and “you” means that organization.

Jonarix is an all-in-one AI studio. You can generate images, video, music, and voice; run AI Influencer workflows; build with coding tools; run pen testing; edit in the Toolkit; and connect tools through MCP. Model availability, credit cost, and limits follow the plan on your account.

We curate models from third-party labs. Those providers may add their own usage rules, which we surface in-product where they apply.

You must give accurate account details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including generations started by anyone you invite.

Jonarix may refuse, suspend, or close accounts that break these Terms, applicable law, or our acceptable-use rules, including stolen-payment and automated-farm abuse.

Paid plans unlock credits, higher limits, watermark-free exports on eligible outputs, and a commercial license as described on Pricing and in the Jonarix License. Each generation spends credits based on the model and settings shown before you run.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. Prices exclude taxes, which are calculated at checkout. Credits refresh with the plan; extra packs can be added when you need more volume.

Where a plan offers Unlimited on named models, that access is still subject to fair use, capacity, and the limits published for that plan. Unlimited is not a right to disrupt the service for others.

Checkout runs through verified processors such as PayPal and M-Pesa. Jonarix does not store your full card number on our servers. Credits appear after payment confirms, and charges stay in your account history.

Billing questions, credits, and refunds go to support@jonarix.com. Include the email on the account.

Paid plans include a commercial license for original generations you create on Jonarix, as set out in the Jonarix License. Free-tier and trial outputs are for personal use and may include a watermark.

You remain responsible for likeness, trademarks, copyrighted characters, and any third-party rights in the prompts or assets you supply. Review outputs before you publish.

Do not use Jonarix to create or spread unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content; impersonate real people; copy protected brands or characters without rights; bypass security or rate limits; reverse-engineer the Services beyond what law allows; or resell access without our written permission.

We may remove content, freeze credits, or restrict features to protect users, partners, and the platform.

Generations run through model-level safety checks. Disallowed requests are blocked at the source when the model supports it. If something harmful or infringing still appears, email support with the asset URL so we can review and take it down.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal data. Your private prompts and generations are not used to train foundation models. Your work stays yours.

Services are provided “as is.” AI outputs can be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing them before commercial or public use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jonarix’s liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Services in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
