Jonarix License

Last updated 6 September 2026. The Jonarix License covers original outputs you generate in the studio — images, video, music, voice, film, and coding-related artifacts created on your account — when those outputs are produced by spending deposited credits.

This license does not transfer ownership of Jonarix software, brands, or third-party models. Provider-specific restrictions shown before a run still apply.

When you create an original generation using deposited (paid) credits, you may use that output in commercial projects, ads, films, social content, client work, and products you sell, without a Jonarix watermark, subject to these terms and any extra rules shown for that model.

Rights attach to the specific output you generated. Regenerating on a different model or plan follows the terms active for that run.

If we grant free, bonus-only, or promotional credits without a qualifying deposit context disclosed as commercial, outputs from those runs may be limited to personal, non-commercial use and may include watermarks or markings until you generate again with deposited credits under commercial terms.

Deposit bonuses (for example 10% extra credits on a paid deposit) count as part of that paid deposit for license purposes when shown at checkout.

You must not use someone’s likeness, a trademark, or a copyrighted character unless you have the right to do so. You are responsible for reviewing every output and for the prompts, references, and uploads you provide.

If a model provider publishes extra restrictions for that model, those restrictions apply to outputs from that model.

You may not claim Jonarix or provider models as your own technology, redistribute the Services themselves, sublicense the platform, or use outputs to train competing generative models in violation of these Terms or provider terms.

Credits and studio access remain subject to fair use and anti-abuse rules. They do not expand this license beyond original generations on your account.

Catalog clips, fonts, music beds, or other third-party assets (when offered) may carry a separate license. Check that license before you publish. This Jonarix License does not replace those terms.
