Scope of the license
Last updated 29 August 2026. The Jonarix License covers original outputs you generate in the studio — images, video, music, voice, and AI Influencer assets — including work started from the Toolkit or MCP on your account.
Rights follow the plan that was active when the output was created. Paid commercial plans grant the rights below. Free and trial outputs do not.
Commercial use
On eligible paid plans, you may use those original generations in commercial projects, ads, films, social content, client work, and products you sell, without a Jonarix watermark, subject to these terms and any extra rules shown for a specific model before you generate.
This license is for the output you created. It does not transfer ownership of Jonarix, our software, or any third-party model.
Free and trial outputs
Free-tier and trial generations are for personal, non-commercial use. They may include a watermark or other markings. Upgrade to a paid commercial plan before you publish or sell that work if you need commercial rights and clean exports.
Your responsibilities
You must not use someone’s likeness, a trademark, or a copyrighted character unless you have the right to do so. You are responsible for reviewing every output and for the prompts, references, and uploads you provide.
If a model provider publishes extra restrictions for that model, those restrictions apply to outputs from that model.
Restrictions
You may not claim Jonarix models as your own technology, redistribute the Services themselves, sublicense the platform, or use outputs to train competing generative models in violation of these Terms or provider terms.
Credits, Unlimited access, and MCP usage remain subject to fair use and your plan. They do not expand this license beyond original generations on your account.
Stock and third-party assets
Stock catalog items, fonts, music beds, or other third-party assets (when offered) may carry a separate license. Check that license before you publish. This Jonarix License does not replace those terms.
